  • Imagine! Print Solutions' Quality Control staff thoroughly inspects each job before it is shipped, comparing the final product to the signed off approval sheets

  • 1 Heidelberg CP24 closed loop scanning Spectrophotometer that controls both UV presses
     
  • 1 XRite PC based portable scanning densitometer with monitor and printable readouts
     
  • 1 XRite PC based Spectrophotometer with printable readouts
     
  • 1 XRite hand held Spectrophotometer and Densitometer
     
  • 14 Gretag handheld Densitometers (1 for each press)
     
  • 1 XRite transmission densitometer for reading white opacity
     
  • Bar code scanning and testing in prepress and press

  • Closed-loop spectrophotometers and densitometers on press

  • Continuity sheets are pulled and checked based on run length and maintained in-house for 60-90 days for reference

  • Valco Glue Detection System verifies glue bead, size, length, position, etc., and will eject non-conforming cartons

  • 1270 PCA Score Bend / Opening Force tester - fulfills the packaging industry's need to precisely measure the force required to fold carton stock along a score or to open a flat, folded carton

  • Testing/measuring equipment is calibrated on a regular schedule

  • Weekly scheduled maintenance on all presses
