OmniReach™ MST Clear Promotional Mailer

The purpose of this very unique mailer for ADC Telecommunications was to promote their most profitable product – the Multi-Fiber Service Terminal (MST).  Each mailer includes:  (1) Clear Pillow Shell; (1) Clear Floating Panel; (1) Inner Panel Card and (1) Postcard.  The pillow shell and clear floating panel were produced on 24 mil clear gloss/gloss rigid vinyl (box lid grade) and printed using 4-color process + 2 hits of opaque white.  The Inner Panel Card and Postcard were printed on 150# Utopia Premium Gloss Cover.  To ensure the best possible rounded fold lines, they were heat scored to achieve a smooth result with no cracking.  Imagine! customer service did a great job of making sure these pieces ran smoothly through production as well. 

All these components combine to make a visually interesting 3-D effect, while acting as a functional mailer.  ADC was extremely pleased with the finished piece!
