3M - Photobook 3-Ring Binder & Powerwing Display

3M wanted to produce eye-catching photo albums to sell in various stores throughout the country.  We presented them the option of printing on 30 mil clear polypropylene and they were immediately sold on the idea! 

 

This unique project is impressive in its scope:  52,500 each of 4 albums were produced: printed, diecut, attached hardware and extensive kitting work (photo pages, labels, insert into trays).  The assembled piece is inserted into the powerwing display and shipper and distributed to stores. Each powerwing holds (4) of each of the (4) album designs, 16 total.  The collating order of the photo albums is organized so that each version can be seen at one time. From concept and structural design of all components - through our bindery and fulfillment - this job was very successful and a HUGE effort on the part of everyone involved.
