Frasier Fir Packaging Line

Imagine! Print Solutions created the correct color and contrast for the wood grain pattern used by The Thymes on their Frasier Fir line of personal care products. We created it using green, black and yellow. We had approx 15 variations available for Thymes. The wood grain pattern was applied to boxes, wraps, trays and labels.

Home Fragrance Mist printed on 20 # Skinboard:  It was determined that the Home Fragrance Mist had to print 4CP + 3 PMS + Matte UV coating since the "Wood Grain" pattern was not printing as a separate piece like the trays and inserts. We converted the "waves" border to print 50% of 450 rather than 452 so we could print in 1 pass. Sleeves, Trays and Inserts printed on 20 # Skinboard: All other boxes printed in 3CP + 4PMS. All trays printed 3C (green, black, yellow). The back sides printed 1PMS as a screen to achieve the "linen pattern". The wraps for the Large Candle set up box were printed with the same colors on 70 # Windsor Offset. We plated to furnished die vinyls from the set up box company, we shipped press sheets. The press sheets were pre-cut to size before press.
