This project was produced and delivered within 22 hours to the client in California! The project consisted of an 8.5 x 11 4/1 brochure, 8.5 x 11 4/0 flyer and an 8.375 x 3.5 1/1 price flyer. The print run was 3,000 of each with the brochure folding in thirds, stuffed with the price flyer and wafer-sealed on 2 sides, while the flyer delivered flat.
A plan was quickly established to give this project priority status within Imagine!, along with a plan for same-day delivery. It was rushed through EPP with proofs available by 8PM that evening. It was plated, printed and aqueous coated by early Wednesday morning. By 6AM Wednesday, a hand bindery crew was assembled from all departments for the inserting and wafer sealing. By 9AM, after going through the Quality Control process, the project was on an airplane to California. The Jostens sales reps received all components by 3PM that afternoon.
The project was literally turned around in 22 hours from local panic call to final delivery more than 1900 miles away!
