HOURS: Days 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Mon – Fri The Call Center Representative is responsible for taking incoming calls from clients and becomes the key person in the processing of troubleshooting issues on material shipped. This person will organize and review each job thoroughly and carefully, compare the job to the corresponding packing list. Provide in-house support for the sales force whenever a customer has a question or requires information, and should maintain open lines of communication between customers, sales, and plant on all jobs-in-progress. DIGITAL FINISHER TECHNICIAN
